Problem solving and storytelling are my two favorite things. I have been communicating through images since youth, but it was only after entering the world of design that I realized what drew me in the first place: it is a unique tool for solving problems.
And I love solving problems.
Since my first foray into design for startups in 2008, I have engaged with entrepreneurial entrepreneurial efforts and small businesses including Giving Couple, Clockwork Forensic Services and Lauryl Lane. My unique ability is listening to people speak about what they love, identifying the essential elements of their story, then bringing it to life with visual elements that communicates their passion.
I love telling stories.

Since beginning my new job at The Brandit, updating my blog with new images of recent work has gone by the wayside. Here is a quick update to hopefully rectify the situation:
The nautical theme is clearly portrayed in the font choice, colors, background textures and iconography. Notice how we have four different elements from the name all combining to build the icon: the “O” of Anchor joins with an actual anchor, generating a life preserver out of the “O” and a cross out of the anchor.
